The Gillette Children's Healthcare Series
IMPROVING UNDERSTANDING
The Gillette Children’s Healthcare Series is a collection of nine books focused on childhood-acquired physical and neurological conditions. Each book provides a detailed medical explanation of a specific condition, its evidence-based best-practice treatments, and includes the lived experience of families.
The goal of the series is to empower families through a greater understanding of their condition and therefore help optimize outcomes for children, adolescents and adults living with these childhood-acquired and largely lifelong conditions. Healthcare professionals, researchers, educators, students, and others will also benefit from reading books in this series. The series is co-published with Mac Keith Press.
